Additional patent to patent no. 40308 The patent is valid from January 18, 1958 In the case of a complex telephone set according to patent no. 40308, there was a possibility of incorrect connection in some cases manipulation with the handset switch and the grounding button. It happened when one of the subscribers picked up the handset permanently and pressed the PW earthing button for a moment (without waiting, as it normally should, for the call signal from the exchange), then the coercive relay U was operating in his telephone, and in the exchange failed to form a trigger circuit.
