To remove the crayon, remove the lid from the clamp and turn the base to the right. In the event that the lid is not removed due to carelessness or for any other reason before twisting the stand, the crayon that is lifted will crush against the upper inner wall of the lid. The same results are caused by the self-twisting of the base with the lid not removed due to movement when carrying the crayon with other objects in a purse or pocket. Thus, a significant number of the crayons are damaged in the current frame. The inventive lip liners eliminate the above drawbacks. When the cover 2 is the lip liner on the casing, its legs 9 with the catches 10 are in the notches 11, and the tabs 10 in the concaves of the walls are cut out and the support 7 cannot self-twist.
