Abstract

The method of producing polyurethane foam based on lignocellulosic biomass consists in carrying out in the presence of catalysts the reaction of an isocyanate agent in an amount corresponding to the IC index value from 0.5 to 4.0 and a polyol masterbatch, followed by the addition of a foaming agent in the form of a pentane fraction and water in which polyol masterbatch a mixture containing from 1 to 99 parts by mass of petrochemical polyetherols or polyesterols and from 1 to 99 parts by mass of polyol from lignocellulosic biomass containing cellulose and / or hemicellulose and / or lignin as well as hydroxycinnamic acids and / or ferulic acid (acid (E) -3- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) prop-2-enoic acid) and / or coumaric acid (3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) prop-2-enoic acid) in an amount of 0.001 to 20% by mass of the total biomass, which is pre-dried to a maximum moisture content of 30% and then subjected to a chemical liquefaction process or by means of microwave radiation in excess of solvent, such as alcohols from the group: methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, pentanol, hexanol and / or diols from the group: ethane-1,2-diol, propane-1,3-diol, propane-1,2 -diol, butane-1,3-diol, butane-1,4-diol, butane-2,3-diol and / or 2,2'-oxidietanol and / or propane-1,2,3-triol and / or butane-1,2,3,4-tetraol (erythritol) and / or pentane-1,2,3,4,5-pentaol (ribitol) and / or polyhydroxyl alcohols of poly (ethylene oxide) and / or ethylene carbonate and / or glycerol flow and / or crude glycerin, at a temperature of 100 to 300 ° C for 1 to 600 min. Preferably, brewer's wood is used as lignocellulosic biomass.
