Abstract

Urządzenie do adsorpcji cząstek chemicznych na włókno SPME, zawierające zespół główny i rurkowy zespół osłony włókna, w którym zespół główny stanowi trzyczęściowa obudowa, mieszcząca napęd włókna, elektroniczny sterownik zdalny oraz blok zasilania, środkowa część obudowy wyposażona jest w gniazda do mocowania jej w chwytaku robota, zaś na pierwszej zewnętrznej części obudowy znajdują się elementy kontrolne ręcznego interfejsu sterownika, natomiast zespół osłony włókna stanowi postawa mocowana do obudowy zespołu głównego, oraz skręcone z podstawą część środkowa i część zewnętrzna, mająca otwór wyjściowy dla włókna SPME, charakteryzuje się tym, że napęd włókna SPME (16) stanowi elektryczny silnik liniowy z przekładnią, elektroniczny sterownik ma blok komunikacji bezprzewodowej, część środkowa (6) obudowy zespołu głównego (1) ma postać symetrycznie ściętego po bokach walca, którego przednia podstawa (11) jest kuliście zaokrąglona i ma gniazdo na podstawę (12) osłony włókna (2), część środkową (13) i co najmniej 60% długości części zewnętrznej (14) osłony włókna (2) mają postać wydrążonych walców o zasadniczo tej samej średnicy zewnętrznej, otwór wyjściowy dla włókna SPME (16) znajduje się w półkulistej zaślepce (17) części zewnętrznej (14) osłony włókna (2), zaś gniazda mocowania (18) urządzenia w chwytaku robota znajdują się na walcowych powierzchniach części środkowej (6) obudowy zespołu głównego (1).A device for adsorbing chemical particles to an SPME fiber, including a main assembly and a tubular fiber sheath assembly, in which the main assembly is a three-part housing housing the fiber drive, an electronic remote controller and a power block, the central part of the housing is equipped with sockets for attaching it to the robot gripper , and on the first outer part of the housing there are control elements of the manual interface of the controller, while the fiber cover assembly is an attitude attached to the housing of the main assembly, and the middle part and the outer part, having an SPME fiber outlet, screwed to the base, characterized by the fact that the drive SPME fibers (16) is an electric linear motor with a gear, the electronic controller has a wireless communication block, the central part (6) of the main unit casing (1) has the form of a symmetrically cut on the sides of the cylinder, whose front base (11) is towards the leaves are rounded and has a socket for the base (12) of the fiber cover (2), the middle part (13) and at least 60% of the length of the outer part (14) of the fiber cover (2) are in the form of hollow cylinders with substantially the same outer diameter, exit hole for SPME fiber (16), it is located in the hemispherical plug (17) of the outer part (14) of the fiber cover (2), and the attachment sockets (18) of the device in the robot gripper are located on the cylindrical surfaces of the middle part (6) of the main assembly housing (1) ).
