The explosive neutralizer consists of an explosive charge (1), a sight (2) and a stand (3). The explosive charge (1) has a housing (4), containing a nut (5) in the front, and a mounting handle (6) in the middle. On the nut (5) there is mounted the sight (2) containing the clamp (7) with the mounting screw (8), to which the aiming indicator (9) is attached. A stand (3) with a clamping screw (10) is mounted to the mounting bracket (6) of the explosive charge (1).
