Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest gwóźdź śródszpikowy rozprężny z przegubowym mechanizmem o oddzielnym ryglowaniu części proksymalnej i dystalnej, przeznaczony do stabilizacji złamań trzonów kości długich. The subject of the solution is an intramedullary nail with an articulated mechanism with separate locking of the proximal and distal part, designed for stabilizing fractures of long bone shafts. The solution is used in medicine and biomedical engineering. The intramedullary nail consists of an articulated spreader (2) and a screw (1,6), embedded in the distal (7) and proximal body (3), creating a mechanism of internal nail locking in the medullary canal and the stem (5) with which the grip is screwed distal (8) and closer (4).
