Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół regulacji wysokości osadzenia górnego ucha pasa bezpieczeństwa fotela pasażera pojazdu, mający zastosowanie w pojazdach komunikacji dalekobieżnej, szczególnie autobusach. Zespół regulacji wysokości charakteryzuje się tym, że blokownik (1) z mechanizmem zaczepowym (2), usytuowany jest wewnątrz profilu (8) tworzącego ramę nośną korpusu fotela, zaś profil (8) ma w co najmniej jednej ścianie otwory (11) na zaczepy blokownika (1).
