Abstract

Sposób prognozowania zawartości oleju rzepakowego w maśle i miksach tłuszczowych polega na pomiarze współczynnika dobroci, w zakresie częstotliwości od 20 do 500 Hz i obliczeniu na podstawie zależności matematycznych, określanych równaniami typu y = ax + b, zawartości oleju rzepakowego w maśle i miksach tłuszczowych, gdzie x to wielkość mierzona, natomiast a i b to wartości stałe obliczone dla określonej wielkości mierzonej, przy określonej częstotliwości pomiarowej. The method of forecasting the rapeseed oil content in butter and fat mixes consists in measuring the goodness factor in the frequency range from 20 to 500 Hz and calculating on the basis of mathematical relationships, determined by equations of type y = ax + b, the content of rapeseed oil in butter and fat mixes, where x is the measured value, while a and b are constant values calculated for a given measured value at a given measuring frequency.
