Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania prekursora katalizatora do syntezy amoniaku, o stosunku molowym Fe2+/Fe3+ w zakresie od 0,52 do 7,5 polegający na topieniu tlenków żelaza w obecności reduktora i promotorów, schładzaniu i rozdrabnianiu odlewu, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako reduktor stosuje się zużyty katalizator żelazowy do syntezy amoniaku w ilości od 5 do 30% wagowy w stosunku do użytego tlenku żelaza. Jako promotory stosuje się Al2O od 2,2 % do 4,5% wagowy, CaO od 1,7% do 2,8% wagowy oraz KNO3 od 0,4% do 0,9% wagowy.The method of producing a catalyst precursor for the synthesis of ammonia, with a molar ratio Fe2 + / Fe3 + in the range of 0.52 to 7.5, consisting in melting iron oxides in the presence of a reducer and promoters, cooling and grinding of the casting, characterized by the use of used as a reducer an iron catalyst for the synthesis of ammonia in an amount of 5 to 30% by weight relative to the iron oxide used. Al2O from 2.2% to 4.5% by weight, CaO from 1.7% to 2.8% by weight and KNO3 from 0.4% to 0.9% by weight are used as promoters.
