Abstract

Sposób neutralizacji emisji dwutlenku węgla polega na tym, że gazy przemysłowe zawierające dwutlenek węgla lub dwutlenek węgla wyodrębniony z gazów przemysłowych przepuszcza się przez roztwór wodny soli sodowej kwasu węglowego lub soli sodowej silnego kwasu nieorganicznego, korzystnie roztwór chlorku sodowego lub siarczanu sodowego, przy czym do roztworu dodaje się stechiometryczną wobec anionu kwasowego ilość amoniaku. Reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze nie przekraczającej 60°C. Wytrącony kwaśny węglan sodowy oddziela się od roztworu wodnego, przemywa metanolem, suszy w atmosferze dwutlenku węgla i składuje.The method of neutralizing carbon dioxide emissions consists in the fact that industrial gases containing carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide separated from industrial gases are passed through an aqueous solution of sodium carbonic acid or sodium salt of a strong inorganic acid, preferably a solution of sodium chloride or sodium sulfate, into which solution a stoichiometric amount of ammonia is added to the acid anion. The reaction is carried out at a temperature not exceeding 60 ° C. The precipitated sodium bicarbonate is separated from the aqueous solution, washed with methanol, dried in a carbon dioxide atmosphere and stored.
