Abstract

Nanomateriał charakteryzuje się tym, że czynnikiem aktywnym biologicznie jest kompozycja srebra występującego w różnym stopniu utlenienia - w postaci srebra metalicznego i jonów srebra, w udziałach w zależności od wzajemnego stosunku składników materiału, w obecności środków wspomagających aktywność biologiczną i stabilizujących, nanomateriał w 1000 g zawiera srebro w ilości od 0,0001 g do 10 g, przy czym 1% do 30% wymienionej ilości srebra występuje w postaci jonowej, pozostałą cześć stanowi srebro metaliczne, nadtlenek wodoru w ilości od 1 g do 350 g, a ponadto środek penetrujący w postaci glikolu polietylenowego w ilości 0,001 g do 300 g i środki stabilizujące: azotan potasu w ilości od 0,1 g do 250 g oraz alkohol poliwinylowy w ilości od 0,0000001 g do 10 g, przy czym srebro metaliczne tworzy kompleksy z alkoholem poliwinylowym i glikolem polietylenowym. Ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania nanomateriału srebrnego warstwy biobójczej.The nanomaterial is characterized by the fact that the biologically active agent is a composition of silver occurring in varying degrees of oxidation - in the form of metallic silver and silver ions, in shares depending on the mutual ratio of material components, in the presence of agents supporting biological activity and stabilizing, nanomaterial in 1000 g contains silver in an amount from 0.0001 g to 10 g, with 1% to 30% of the said amount of silver being in ionic form, the remainder being metallic silver, hydrogen peroxide in an amount from 1 g to 350 g, and also a penetrating agent polyethylene glycol in an amount of 0.001 g to 300 g and stabilizing agents: potassium nitrate in an amount of 0.1 g to 250 g and polyvinyl alcohol in an amount of 0.0000001 g to 10 g, with metallic silver complexes with polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol . Also disclosed is a method for producing a silver biocidal nanomaterial.
