Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest piec szklarski o zdolności wytopu nie przekraczającej 1 t/dobę dla hut szkła wytwarzających wyroby ze szkła o ogólnym zastosowaniu i wyroby artystyczne. Piec posiada obudowę z materiału izolacyjnego, w której usytuowana jest część wytopowa i wyrobowa, palniki gazowe oraz kanały odprowadzające spaliny poprzez wymiennik ciepła do komina. Piec charakteryzuje się tym, że w ścianie przedniej i tylnej wykonane są dwa otwory (8), stanowiące wloty spalin do kanałów obwodowych (9) przebiegających w izolowanych ścianach przedniej i tylnej pieca oraz pod częścią wytopową i wyrobową - w izolowanym trzonie pieca, a ponadto kanały (9) połączone są z głównym kanałem (10) spalin, usytuowanym w izolowanym trzonie pieca centralnie i poprzecznie do kanałów obwodowych (9), a główny kanał (10) połączony jest z wyposażonym w zasuwę regulacyjną (11) wymiennikiem ciepła (4) zakończonym kominem (5) oraz z wyposażoną również w zasuwę regulacyjną (12) komorą mieszania, wyposażoną w króciec z zaworem powietrza dodatkowego i następnie z usytuowaną w komorze odprężającej wyroby szklane kasetą grzewczą.The subject of the application is a glass furnace with a melting capacity not exceeding 1 t / day for glass works producing glass products of general application and artistic products.
