Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób odzyskiwania związków żelaza, zawartych w osadach powstających w procesie uzdatniania wody oraz uzyskiwania nieorganicznego koncentratu o szczególnie wysokiej zawartości żelaza, nadającego się do dalszego przemysłowego wykorzystania. Przedstawiony sposób umożliwia odzyskiwanie związków żelaza, zawartych w osadach z procesów sedymentacji w trakcie uzdatniania (klarowania) wody, zwłaszcza pitnej, w tym także jej odżelaziania i polega na wybraniu osadu z osadnika, osuszeniu poprzez zapewnienie odcieku nadmiaru wody, a następnie zastosowaniu spiekania w temperaturze 400 do 800°C, przez określony czas, dzięki czemu wytwarzany jest koncentrat o znacznej zawartości żelaza w postaci granulatu.The subject of the application is a method of recovering iron compounds contained in sludges resulting from the water treatment process and obtaining an inorganic concentrate with a particularly high iron content, suitable for further industrial use. The presented method enables the recovery of iron compounds contained in sludges from sedimentation processes during the treatment (clarification) of water, especially drinking water, including its iron removal, and consists in the selection of sludge from the settler, drying by providing excess water leachate, and then using sintering at temperature 400 to 800 ° C for a limited time, so that a concentrate with a high iron content in the form of granules is produced.
