Abstract

Tekstylny czujnik temperatury zawiera termoczułą warstwę polimerową (3), nadrukowaną na podłożu (1) w postaci warstwy płaskiego wyrobu włókienniczego oraz dwie płaskie elektrody (2) z wyprowadzeniami do układu pomiarowego temperatury, umieszczone wewnątrz osłony (4) chroniącej przed wilgocią. Elektrody (2) czujnika stanowią elektrody paskowe, grzebieniowe lub koliste, ze srebra, wydrukowane na podłożu (1) z dyspersji nanocząstek srebra lub kompozycji atramentowych zawierających srebro, metodą druku cyfrowego. Termoczułą warstwę polimerową (3) stanowi warstwa z polianiliny, polipirolu, poli(3,4-etylenodioksytiofenu) lub kopolimeru polianiliny z polipirolem, nadrukowana na stronę podłoża (1) z wydrukowanymi elektrodami (2), metodą reaktywnego druku cyfrowego. Osłona (4) chroniąca elektrody (2) i warstwę termoczułą (3) przed wilgocią, z polimerowej folii termozgrzewalnej lub z żywicy kopolimeru akrylowego, jest przymocowana do warstwy podłoża (1) zarówno od strony nadrukowanej elektrodami (2) i warstwą termoczułą (3), jak i od strony niezadrukowanej.
