Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób ciągłej produkcji wkładów filtracyjnych wyposażonych we wzmacniający rdzeń ażurowy obejmujący etapy, w których nakłada się cykliczny rdzeń na obracający się wał (1), następnie nowy rdzeń przesuwa się po wale centralnym w kierunku głowicy rozpyłowej (4) tak, że rdzenie wirujące wraz z wałem dostają się w sposób ciągły pod głowicę rozpyłową i na rdzeniu formuje się włókninową warstwę filtracyjną, po czym wytworzone filtry tnie się na odcinki za pomocą obrotowego noża (8). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również urządzenie do ciągłej produkcji wkładów filtracyjnych wyposażonych w sztywny rdzeń perforowany.The subject of the invention is a method of continuous production of filter cartridges equipped with a reinforcing openwork core comprising stages in which a cyclic core is applied to a rotating shaft (1), then a new core moves along the central shaft towards the spray head (4) so that the rotating cores together with the shaft, they get under the spray head and a nonwoven filter layer is formed on the core, after which the manufactured filters are cut into sections using a rotary knife (8).
