Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania L,L- i D,D-laktydu kwasu mlekowego w procesie dwuetapowym polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie otrzymuje się niskocząsteczkowy oligomer kwasu L- lub D-mlekowego w drodze ogrzewania estru metylowego kwasu L- lub D-mlekowego pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym w obecności oktanianu cyny jako katalizatora, po czym oddziela nieprzereagowany ester i resztki metanolu w drodze destylacji próżniowej, natomiast w drugim etapie procesu prowadzi się ogrzewanie otrzymanego oligomeru w obecności oktanianu cyny lub tlenku cynku użytych pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem i po oddestylowaniu powstałego L,L- lub D,D-laktydu poddaje się go krystalizacji.The method for obtaining L, L- and D, D-lactide of lactic acid in a two-step process is that in the first stage a low-molecular oligomer of L- or D-lactic acid is obtained by heating L- or D-lactic acid methyl ester under pressure atmospheric in the presence of tin octoate as a catalyst, then separates unreacted ester and residual methanol by vacuum distillation, while in the second stage of the process the oligomer obtained is heated in the presence of tin octoate or zinc oxide used under reduced pressure and after distilling off the resulting L, L- or D, D-lactide is crystallized.
