Abstract
Układ adaptacji parametrów regulatora prędkości silnika elektrycznego, zawierający regulator proporcjonalno - całkująco - różniczkujący, blok estymatora momentu obciążenia i prędkości silnika, sumatory oraz mnożnik sprzężenia od momentu obciążenia charakteryzuje się tym, że falownik (4) połączony jest szeregowo z estymatorem (2), posiadającym dwa wyjścia, z których jedno podłączone jest z adapterem parametrów (3), a drugie podłączone jest z mnożnikiem sprzężenia (8) i dalej z sumatorem (10), natomiast blok adaptacji parametrów (3) połączony jest szeregowo z blokiem regulacji prędkości (1) i dalej z sumatorem (10), a następnie poprzez mnożnik stałej (7) z falownikiem (4), do którego podłączony jest silnik (5) z czujnikiem prędkości obrotowej (6).The adaptation system of the electric motor speed controller parameters, including the proportional-integral-differentiating controller, the block of the load torque estimator and the engine speed, the adders and the multiplier of the coupling from the load moment is characterized by the fact that the inverter (4) is connected in series with the estimator (2) having two outputs, one of which is connected to the parameter adapter (3) and the other is connected to the feedback multiplier (8) and then to the adder (10), while the parameter adaptation block (3) is connected in series with the speed control block (1) and then with the adder (10), and then through the constant multiplier (7) with the inverter (4), to which the motor (5) with the speed sensor (6) is connected.
