Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są: sposób wytwarzania elementu konstrukcyjnego i element konstrukcyjny, mający zastosowanie przede wszystkim w budownictwie i meblarstwie. Sposób wytwarzania elementu konstrukcyjnego polega na tym, że płyty typu A (1) tworzy się poprzez sklejenie ze sobą małowymiarowych elementów drewnianych (3) powierzchnią wzdłuż krawędzi dłuższego boku (4), natomiast płyty typu B (2) tworzy się w pierwszej kolejności poprzez sklejenie ze sobą małowymiarowych elementów drewnianych (5) powierzchnią wzdłuż krawędzi krótszego boku (6), po czym tak powstałe moduły (7) łączy się ze sobą powierzchnią wzdłuż krawędzi wzdłużnej (8), a następnie płyty typu A (1) łączy się naprzemiennie z płytami typu B (2). Natomiast element konstrukcyjny charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera płyty typu A (1) i płyty typu B (2) sklejone ze sobą naprzemienne płaszczyzną o największej powierzchni, przy czym płyta typu A (1) składa się z małowymiarowych elementów prostopadłościennych (3), sklejonych ze sobą wzdłuż dłuższej krawędzi (4), a płyta typu B (2) zawiera moduły (7) połączone wzdłuż krawędzi (8), przy czym moduły (7) składają się z małowymiarowych elementów (5), sklejonych ze sobą wzdłuż krawędzi krótszego boku (6).The subject of the invention are: a method of manufacturing a structural element and a structural element, applicable primarily in construction and furniture. The method of producing a structural element consists in the fact that type A panels (1) are formed by gluing small-sized wooden elements (3) with the surface along the edge of the longer side (4), while panels type B (2) are formed first by gluing small-sized wooden elements (5) with each other along the surface along the edge of the shorter side (6), after which the resulting modules (7) are joined together by the surface along the longitudinal edge (8), and then the A-type panels (1) are alternately connected with the panels type B (2). However, the structural element is characterized by the fact that it contains type A (1) plates and type B (2) plates glued together by an alternating plane with the largest surface, where the type A plate (1) consists of small-sized cuboid elements (3), glued with each other along the long edge (4), and the B-plate (2) contains modules (7) connected along the edge (8), the modules (7) consisting of small-sized elements (5), glued together along the edges of the short side (6).
