Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do montażu obrotowego drzwi szafy elektrycznej w postaci zawiasu, którego konstrukcja umożliwia pełne otwarcie drzwi i zabezpiecza je przed wysunięciem się z mocowania oraz dodatkowo nie powoduje samoistnego zamykania lub otwierania się drzwi podczas prac serwisowych. Urządzenie ma zawias (2), który ma z dwóch strony pręt (6), na którym zamontowane są dwa elementy obrotowe (7), które mają w otworach tuleje (4) z teflonu i są ciasno spasowane z prętem (6) elementu podstawy zawiasu (2), przy czym strona elementu (8) z prętem (6) jest zaokrąglona, zaś druga strona (9) ma otwory montażowe (10), zaś elementy obrotowe (3) mocowane są do obudowy szafy za pomocą śrub (11) i mają otwór, w którym zamontowany jest pręt (6) z podstawy zawiasu (2), zaś element stały (12) jest ścięty a elementy ruchome mają ścięcia (13), ceownik dolnej i górnej krawędzi obudowy ma otwór o zarysie prostokąta (14), w którym usytuowany jest pręt (15) do ryglowania drzwi (5), przy czym mechanizm ryglujący (16) zamontowany jest po przeciwległej stronie zawiasów, w połowie wysokości drzwi.
