Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ do wytwarzania gazowych mieszanin wzorcowych, zwłaszcza zapachowych. Układ zawiera zbiorniki połączone z instalacją gazu nośnego oraz system sterowania obejmujący zespół barbotażowy (1), zespół dyfuzyjny (2), zespół permeacyjny (3), dozownik (4) i komorę ustalania wilgotności względnej gazu nośnego (5), które na wejściu połączone są równolegle do bloku dzielnika gazu nośnego (6), a na wyjściu podłączone są równolegle do komory mieszania (7), która połączona jest ze zbiornikiem wyrównywania ciśnienia zaopatrzonym w wyjście do urządzeń odbiorczych. Zespół barbotażowy (1) zawiera co najmniej jedną płuczkę barbotażową, zespół dyfuzyjny (2) zawiera co najmniej jedną komorę dyfuzyjną, a zespół permeacyjny (3) zawiera co najmniej jedną komorę permeacyjną. System sterowania obejmuje urządzenia do regulowania temperatury i urządzenia do regulowania natężenia strumienia gazu nośnego. Korzystnie urządzeniem odbiorczym jest urządzenie e-nos lub worek tedlarowy lub króciec olfaktometryczny.
