Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania narożników ram i skrzydeł, zwłaszcza okiennych, mający zastosowanie podczas procesu łączenia narożników profili PCV w procesie produkcji zwanym zgrzewaniem bez spoinowym. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w procesie termicznego łączenia naroży profili (2) z PCV okleinowanych folią o imitacji struktury, zwłaszcza drewna, zestawione profile (2) zamyka się w prowadnicach systemowych, które podczas procesu łączenia profili (2) w łączonym termicznie narożu właściwe i zgodne z kształtem profilu (2) z PCV odwzorowują i formują wypływki lub spoiny za pomocą specjalnych prowadnic (1) wyposażonych w noże (3) podcinające w jeden profil (2), przy czym prowadnice (1) mają możliwość regulacji ich położenia względem profilu (4) PVC do opasania spoiny w procesie termicznego łączenia naroży profili (2), po czym wykonuje się obróbkę mechaniczną uformowanej spoiny lub wypływki.The subject of the invention is a method of producing frame and sash corners, especially window sashes, applicable during the process of joining corners of PVC profiles in a production process called jointless welding. The method is characterized by the fact that in the process of thermally joining corners of profiles (2) made of PVC veneered with a film with an imitation of structure, especially wood, the assembled profiles (2) are closed in system guides, which during the process of joining profiles (2) in the thermally connected corner and in accordance with the shape of the profile (2) made of PVC, they imitate and form outflows or welds using special guides (1) equipped with knives (3) undercutting into one profile (2), where the guides (1) have the ability to adjust their position relative to the profile (4) PVC for wrapping a weld in the process of thermally joining profile corners (2), followed by mechanical processing of the formed joint or flashing.
