Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy pochodnej ditienosilolu, którą stanowi 2,6-bis(5-benzofurazano)-4-metylo-4-oktylo-ditienosilol o wzorze 1. Sposób wytwarzania 2,6-bis(5-benzofurazano)-4-metylo-4-oktylo-ditienosilolu o wzorze 1, charakteryzuje się tym, że do mieszaniny 4-metylo-4-oktylo-5,5'-dibromoditienosilolu, węglanu potasu oraz 5-(4,4,5,5-tetrametylo-1,3,2-dioksaborolan-2-ylo)benzofurazanu użytych w proporcji 1:3:2 w mieszaninie rozpuszczalników: toluen, metanol oraz woda użytych w proporcji 5:1:1 dodaje się tetrakis(trifenylofosfino)palladu (Pd(PPh3)4) w temperaturze pokojowej, w atmosferze azotu, po czym mieszaninę ogrzewa się w temperaturze 90°C przez 24 godziny, odparowuje się rozpuszczalniki pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem, dodaje się octanu etylu i produkt ekstrahuje się wodą. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również zastosowanie 2,6-bis(5-benzofurazano)-4-metylo-4-oktylo-ditienosilolu o wzorze 1 jako materiał półprzewodnikowy zawierający warstwę aktywną w postaci filmu o właściwościach fotoaktywnych.The invention relates to a dithienosilol derivative, which is 2,6-bis (5-benzofurazano) -4-methyl-4-octyl-dithienosilol of formula 1. The invention also relates to the use of 2,6-bis (5-benzofurazano) -4-methyl-4-octyl-dithienosilol of formula 1 as a semiconductor material containing an active layer in the form of a film with photoactive properties.
