Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metoda i urządzenie do selektywnej, natryskowej aplikacji zapachowego materiału drukarskiego. Ujawniona metoda polega na wykorzystaniu natrysku hydrodynamicznego lub pneumatycznego do aplikacji zapachowego materiału drukarskiego na dowolnie wybranym polu poruszającego się podłoża drukarskiego (9) i jest realizowana przy pomocy hydrodynamicznych dysz natryskowych (8) jako natrysk hydrodynamiczny lub przy pomocy pneumatycznych dysz natryskowych jako natrysk pneumatyczny. Urządzenie do selektywnej, natryskowej aplikacji zapachowego materiału drukarskiego zbudowane jest z głowicy aplikacyjnej (6), w której zamontowane są hydrodynamiczne dysze natryskowe (8) lub pneumatyczne dysze natryskowe. Urządzenie składa się ze zbiornika (1) na zapachowy materiał drukarski z pompą cyrkulacyjną (2), która w odmianie natrysku hydrodynamicznego jest połączona z wyporową pompą wysokociśnieniową (3) zasilaną z sieci sprężonym powietrzem o ciśnieniu regulowanym za pomocą reduktora sterowanego elektrycznie (4), gdzie pompa wysokociśnieniowa (3) połączona jest przewodem wysokociśnieniowym (5) z głowicą aplikacyjną (6) składającą się z zaworu sterowanego elektrycznie (7) i z dyszy do natrysku hydrodynamicznego (8) umieszczonej nad lub pod poruszającym się podłożem drukarskim (9). Na przewodzie wysokociśnieniowym (5) zainstalowany jest filtr (10), manometr (11) oraz przepływomierz (12). Urządzenie posiada zamontowany sterownik urządzenia (13), który połączony jest z systemem sterowania (14) maszyny drukarskiej (15), przepływomierzem (12), reduktorem sterowanym elektrycznie (4), z zaworem sterowanym elektrycznie (7) w głowicy aplikacyjnej (6). Zespół drukujący maszyny drukarskiej (15) lub innej maszyny poligraficznej ma zamontowany indukcyjny czujnik położenia cylindra drukującego (16) połączony ze sterownikiem urządzenia (13).The subject of the application is a method and device for selective, spray application of fragranced printing material. The disclosed method involves the use of hydrodynamic or pneumatic spraying to apply the fragrance printing material on any selected field of the moving printing substrate (9) and is carried out by means of hydrodynamic spray nozzles (8) as airless spray or by pneumatic spray nozzles as a pneumatic spray. The device for selective, spray application of fragrance printing material is made of an application head (6) in which hydrodynamic spray nozzles (8) or pneumatic spray nozzles are mounted. The device consists of a tank (1) for fragranced printing material with a circulation pump (2), which in a variety of hydrodynamic spraying is connected to a high-pressure displacement pump (3) fed from the network by compressed air at a pressure regulated by an electrically controlled regulator (4), where the high-pressure pump (3) is connected by a high-pressure hose (5) to the application head (6) consisting of an electrically controlled valve (7) and airless spray nozzle (8) located above or below the moving printing substrate (9). A filter (10), a pressure gauge (11) and a flow meter (12) are installed on the high pressure pipe (5). The device has a device controller (13) mounted, which is connected to the control system (14) of the printing machine (15), flow meter (12), electrically controlled reducer (4), with electrically controlled valve (7) in the application head (6). The printing unit of the printing machine (15) or other printing machine has an inductive print cylinder position sensor (16) mounted connected to the device controller (13).
