Abstract

Kształtownik dwuwarstwowy polimerowo-drzewny, otrzymywany w procesie współwytłaczania mikroporującego charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch warstw: warstwy (1) zewnętrznej litej i warstwy (2) wewnętrznej mikroporowatej, z których warstwa (1) zewnętrzna lita wytworzona jest z poli(chlorku winylu) nieplastyfikowanego i mączki (3) drzewnej. Warstwa (2) wewnętrzna mikroporowata wytworzona jest z poli(chlorku winylu) nieplastyfikowanego i mikrosfer (4) polimerowych. Sposób wytwarzania kształtownika dwuwarstwowego polimerowo-drzewnego, charakteryzuje się tym, że do dwóch układów uplastyczniających wytłaczarek posiadających cztery strefy grzejne, połączonych z głowicą wytłaczarską, dostarcza się tworzywo, przy czym do układu pierwszego zasypuje się poli(chlorek winylu) nieplastyfikowany i mączkę drzewną, zaś do układu drugiego zasypuje się poli(chlorek winylu) nieplastyfikowany i mikrosfery polimerowe.The polymer-wood double-layer profile obtained in the process of microporous coextrusion is characterized by the fact that it consists of two layers: the outer solid layer (1) and the inner microporous layer (2), of which the outer solid layer (1) is made of poly (chloride) vinyl) unplasticized and wood flour (3). The microporous inner layer (2) is made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride and polymeric microspheres (4). The method of producing a polymer-wood double-layer profile is characterized by the fact that for two plasticizing systems of extruders having four heating zones connected to the extrusion head, material is supplied, with the first system being filled with unplasticized polyvinyl chloride and wood flour, while the second system is filled with unplasticized poly (vinyl chloride) and polymer microspheres.
