The upper strapping system consists of a clamp band (1) with the clamping system (8), connected by a rope (6) with the transmission gearing (5), and the lower strapping system consists of a clamp band (2) with a clamping system (9), connected by a rope (7) to the transmission gear (5), as well as a lifting system consisting of the lower arm (4) and the upper arm (3) connected to the propulsion system (5).
