Abstract
Układ (S) odchylania wiązki promieniowania optycznego zawiera pierwsze urządzenie (D1) do odchylania wejściowej wiązki promieniowania optycznego (B1). Wyjściowa wiązka promieniowania optycznego (B2) jest odchylana w pierwszej płaszczyźnie w zakresie pierwszego kąta (ß1). Układ (S) odchylania wiązki promieniowania optycznego zawiera też drugie urządzenie (D2) do zmiany płaszczyzny odchylania wyjściowej wiązki promieniowania optycznego (B2) o drugi kąt. Po zmianie płaszczyzny odchylania o drugi kąt wyjściowa wiązka promieniowania optycznego (B2) jest odchylana w drugiej płaszczyźnie. Położenie drugiej płaszczyzny odchylania względem pierwszej płaszczyzny odchylania może być zmieniane, w szczególności skokowo, poprzez zmianę położenia drugiego urządzenia (D2) względem pierwszej płaszczyzny odchylania.
