Abstract

Jako płytki (2) wykorzystuje się spiek węglika wolframu z kobaltem WC-Co z gatunków górniczych o wagowej zawartości kobaltu od 10% do 30% i o ziarnistości węglików WC poniżej 35 µm.In the method of making knives for the forage harvester, the edges of the elongated steel part (1) are machined by making sockets (1a) for reinforcement. Within these seats ((1a), the edges of the elongated steel part (1) are reinforced. Steel for heat treatment is selected for the elongated steel part (1), while carbide plates (2) are applied as reinforcement, and then at temperature austenitizing the steel from which the elongated steel part (1) is made, the cemented carbide inserts (2) are connected to the material of the elongated steel part (1) by hard soldering using composite solders, preferably based on brass, with during soldering, the soldering gap is maintained in the range of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, after which the whole is cooled at a speed that guarantees obtaining martensitic or bainitic transformation in the elongated steel part (1). steel preferably with a carbon content preferably from 0.22% to 0.33%. Tiles (2) are used tungsten carbide kiln with WC-Co cobalt from mining grades with a 10% to 30% cobalt content by weight and a WC carbide granularity below 35 µm.
