Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest niskooporowe złącze zrywne z zaworem przeciwspustowym, przeznaczone dla przewodów przesyłowych w celu napełniania i opróżniania cieczami środków transportowych. Złącze łączy funkcję złącza awaryjnego rozłączania (złącza zrywnego) oraz zaworu przeciwspustowego. Złącze składa się z części A i części B, zawiera dwa niezależne tzn. nie współpracujące ze sobą grzybki zaworowe. Grzybek odcinający (3) w stanie otwartym podparty podporą (9) oraz grzybek odcinająco - zaworowy (4), który otwierany jest przepływem cieczy. W grzybku odcinająco - zaworowym (4) są umieszczone przeciwsobnie dwa zawory zwrotne, zawór upustowy (19) oraz zawór blokujący (18). The connector combines the function of an emergency disconnect connector (breakaway connector) and an anti-drain valve. The connector consists of part A and part B, contains two independent, i.e. non-cooperating valve plugs. The shut-off plug (3) in the open state supported by the support (9) and the shut-off valve (4), which is opened by the flow of liquid. The shut-off valve head (4) has two non-return valves, a bleed valve (19) and a blocking valve (18). The interior of the joint is shaped so that the cross-sectional area of the liquid flow along the entire length of the joint is approximately constant.
