Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wentylowana nakładka hamulcowa, intensyfikująca odprowadzenie ciepła z podkładki stalowej i mająca zastosowanie w układach hamulcowych pojazdów samochodowych. Wentylowana nakładka hamulcowa składa się z nakładki ciernej (1) połączonej trwale z dwuwarstwową podkładką stalową (2). Podkładka składa się z dwóch blach: blachy wewnętrznej (3) i blachy zewnętrznej (4). Blachy (3 i 4) posiadają bruzdy (5) ułożone równolegle do siebie i do kierunku jazdy samochodu. Blachy (3 i 4) ułożone są bruzdami do siebie. Blachy (3 i 4) są zgrzane na powierzchni styku (6) blach i czół bruzd.
