Abstract

Sposób realizowany jest w dwóch fazach. W fazie pierwszej odbywa się rejestracja czasu dojazdu instruktora do miejsca szkolenia, rejestracja efektywnego czasu szkolenia kursanta oraz rejestracja czasu powrotu instruktora z miejsca szkolenia z wykorzystaniem do tego celu, umieszczonej w pojeździe i zaopatrzonej w czytniki kart indywidualnej jednostki rejestracji danych. Po włożeniu karty instruktora do pierwszego czytnika tej jednostki następuje zliczanie czasu dojazdu aż do chwili włożenia karty kursanta do drugiego czytnika. Wówczas odbywa się zliczanie czasu efektywnej jazdy szkoleniowej kursanta, które zakończone zostaje w chwili wyjęcia karty kursanta z czytnika, a do momentu wyjęcia karty instruktora z czytnika odbywa się zliczanie czasu powrotu. Uzyskane dane zostają zapisane w pamięciach karty instruktora i karty kursanta oraz w pamięci indywidualnej jednostki rejestracji danych, a nadto, wraz ze znacznikiem czasu i daty, wyświetlone są na odpowiednich wyświetlaczach tej jednostki. W fazie drugiej zarejestrowane dane przekazywane są do systemu zewnętrznej jednostki kontrolnej z użyciem, wyposażonych w nieulotne pamięci, karty administratora lub karty instruktora lub karty kursanta.The method is implemented in two phases. In the first phase, the instructor's travel time to the training location is registered, the effective training time of the trainee is recorded, and the time of the instructor's return from the training place is recorded, using an individual data registration unit located in the vehicle and equipped with card readers. Then the effective training time of the student is counted, which is finished when the student's card is removed from the reader, and the time of return is counted until the instructor's card is removed from the reader. The obtained data are saved in the memory of the instructor and student cards and in the memory of the individual data recording unit, and, together with the time and date stamp, are displayed on the appropriate displays of this unit. In the second phase, the recorded data is transferred to the system of an external control unit using non-volatile memories, an administrator card or an instructor card or a student card.
