Kompozycja polimerowa na osnowie kopolimeru ABS, przeznaczona zwłaszcza do wytwarzania obrzeży meblowych metodą wytłaczania, składa się z kopolimeru ABS o wskaźniku płynięcia od 2 do 8 g/10 min, 15 - 30% masowych w stosunku do ilości ABS, antypirenu bezhalogenowego, będącego mieszaniną bisfenolu A z wysokoudarowym polistyrenem, 0,1 - 2% masowych kopolimeru styrenu z bezwodnikiem maleinowym o zawartości bezwodnika maleinowego 0,3 - 0,6% molowych oraz 1 - 8% masowych bentonitu modyfikowanego chlorkiem dodecylodimetylobenzylo-amoniowym, otrzymanym w procesie modyfikacji wzbogaconego bentonitu w 8 do 10% zawiesinie wodnej w temperaturze maksimum 70°C chlorkiem dodecylodimetylobenzylo-amoniowym w postaci minimum 30% roztworu w alkoholu etylowym w ilości 35 - 45 g/100 g bentonitu surowego.The polymer composition based on the ABS copolymer, especially designed for the production of furniture edges by extrusion, consists of an ABS copolymer with a flow rate of 2 to 8 g / 10 min, 15-30% by mass in relation to the amount of ABS, halogen-free pyrene, which is a mixture of bisphenol A with high impact polystyrene, 0.1 - 2% by mass of a copolymer of styrene with maleic anhydride with a content of maleic anhydride of 0.3 - 0.6 mol% and 1 - 8% by mass of bentonite modified with dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride obtained in the process of modification of enriched bentonite in 8 to 10% aqueous suspension at a maximum temperature of 70 ° C with dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride in the form of a minimum 30% solution in ethyl alcohol in the amount of 35 - 45 g / 100 g crude bentonite.
