Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oczyszczania gazów ze zgazowanego materiału palnego i układ do oczyszczania gazów ze zgazowanego materiału palnego. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że gaz ze zgazowanego materiału palnego, w zgazowarce, o temperaturze co najmniej 350°C odpyla się w cyklonie, a następnie rozpyla się w nim sorbent w kanale doprowadzającym gaz reaktora oczyszczającego, wyposażonego w elementy filtrujące, na których sorbent wytwarza warstwę filtrującą, absorbuje z gazu związki chloru i siarki, które wraz z pozostałymi cząstkami stałymi i częścią nie przereagowanego sorbentu, okresowo zdmuchuje się za pomocą gazu z powierzchni elementów filtracyjnych do leja zsypowego reaktora i usuwa do pojemnika pod reaktorem, a z niego za pomocą transportera ślimakowego wraz ze strumieniem materiału palnego i produktów odpylania gazów z cyklonu podaje się je do zgazowania w komorze zgazowarki, z tym że oczyszczony gaz z komory reaktora kieruje się poprzez kanał wylotowy do komory spalania turbiny gazowej lub do palnika gazowego kotła. The method is characterized in that gas from flammable gasified material, in a gasifier at a temperature of at least 350 ° C, is dedusted in a cyclone, and then sorbent is sprayed in it in the gas supply channel of the purification reactor equipped with filtering elements on which the sorbent produces the filter layer absorbs chlorine and sulfur compounds from the gas, which, together with the remaining solid particles and part of the unreacted sorbent, is periodically blown off using gas from the surface of the filter elements to the reactor hopper and removed into a container under the reactor, and from it using a screw conveyor together with the stream of combustible material and cyclone gas dedusting products, they are fed to gasification in the gasifier chamber, but the purified gas from the reactor chamber is directed through the outlet channel to the gas turbine combustion chamber or to the boiler gas burner. The system has a gasifier (1) for combustible material (23) with a gasification chamber (2) connected through a connecting duct (16) with a cyclone (3) for gas de-dusting, whose outlet (4) through the supply duct (17) is connected to the chamber (8) ) a cleaning reactor (7) equipped with filtering elements (9), except that the supply channel (17) cooperates with the sorbent atomization system (14) in gasification gas, which on the filter elements (9) creates a filter layer (10) by absorbing gas chlorine and sulfur compounds in the form of environmentally friendly salts, with the inlets (11) of the gas medium cooperating with the blow-off system (15) of the filter layer (10) of salt from the filtering elements (9) in the upper part of the reactor chamber (8), and the pit under the chute (12) has a built-in cell feeder (13); blown salts, unreacted sorbent together with the remaining solid particles (22), to the container (19) located underneath, from which the screw conveyor (20) also cooperates with the cell feeder (6) installed on the hopper (5) of products for dedusting gases from cyclone (3), into the gasification chamber of the gasifier, these products of dust removal and gas purification together with the stream of fuel (23) fed for gasification, while in the upper part of the reactor chamber cooperates with the outlet channel (18) carrying purified gases (21) to the turbine combustion chamber gas or boiler gas burner.
