Abstract

Ujawniono konstrukcję noża spulchniacza, stanowiącego element wyposażenia spulchniaczy obrotowych oraz urządzeń uprawowo-siewnych. Nóż ten składa się z połączonych ze sobą w formę rozety, za pomocą zespołu montażowego, łukowo wygiętych i spłaszczonych pośrodku płaskowników (1) z otworami. Zespół montażowy stanowi tarcza dociskowa (4), tarcza montażowa (5) oraz blokujące wkładki (2), mocowane po bokach płaskowników (1). Płaskowniki (1) po obu stronach poprzecznej osi, na spłaszczonej środkowej części mają montażowo-blokujące otwory (10) pełniące rolę otworów centrujących. W innym przykładzie wykonania, w płaskownikach (1) na przecięciu ich wzdłużnej i poprzecznej osi, pomiędzy montażowo-blokującymi otworami (10) jest wykonany osiujący otwór (7). Blokujące wkładki (2) z blokującymi otworami (3) mają korzystnie zarys wycinka koła.
