Abstract

The metering and accounting system for electricity and heat, especially in buildings of residential communities, is characterized by the fact that the electricity generated in the micro-cogenerator (1) is transmitted through the electricity meter (2) and the electric power meter installed behind it (3), to the line (4) supplying electricity, while the heat generated in the micro-generator (1), through the heat meter (5) and the heat power meter (6), is transferred to the heat transfer line (7) from the heat exchanger of the remote heating system (8) . In the system, behind the main connection (9) to the power grid, on the power supply line (4), is the main (10) electricity meter, followed by the electric power meter (11) and then multi-source individual energy meters (12) electrical, through which individual final electrical consumers (13) are powered, as well as a multi-source electricity meter (14), through which final electrical consumers of the common part (15) are powered. Behind the main connection (16) to the gas network is, on the gas supply line (17), the main gas meter (18), followed by the gas meter (19), through which the micro-generator (1) is fed. Behind the main connection (20) to the external heating system, a heat meter (22) is located on the heat transfer line (21) (8), and a heat meter (23) is located on the heat transfer line (7) ) and a heat power meter (24), followed by individual multi-source heat meters (25) and a multi-source heat meter (26) of the common part, through which the final individual heat consumers (27) and the common part (28) are supplied. Electrical power meters (3) and (11) are connected to a converter (29) determining the electrical power distribution factor, which is coupled with multi-source individual meters (12) and common part (14), while thermal power meters (24) and (6) ) are connected to the transducer (30) determining the coefficient of thermal power distribution, which is coupled with multi-source individual heat meters (25) and a common part (26).
