Abstract
Ujawniono węgle aktywowane o wysokiej zwartości azotu i wysokim przewodnictwie elektrycznym, które wytwarzane są z naturalnych polimerów o wysokiej zawartości azotu jako prekursorów węgla. Korzystnie gdy prekursorem węgla jest chityna lub chitozan. Węgiel zawiera od 0 do 20% organicznych dodatków przewodzących prąd elektryczny i 5 - 15% azotu. Sposób wytwarzania węgli aktywowanych o wysokiej zawartości azotu i wysokim przewodnictwie elektrycznym, polega na tym, że polimer naturalny o wysokiej zawartości azotu, korzystnie chitynę i/lub chitozan, miesza się z wodą a następnie z wodnym roztworem mocnego kwasu, a następnie z poroforem nieorganicznym w ilości od 10% do 50% w stosunku do masy naturalnego polimeru i od 0 do 20% organicznego dodatku przewodzącego prąd elektryczny oraz ewentualnie do 50% w stosunku do masy użytego polimeru naturalnego wodnego roztworu niskocząsteczkowego związku zawierającego azot i karbonizuje się w atmosferze azotu.Activated carbons with high nitrogen content and high electrical conductivity are disclosed, which are made from natural polymers with high nitrogen content as carbon precursors. Preferably, the carbon precursor is chitin or chitosan. Carbon contains from 0 to 20% organic electrically conductive additives and 5 - 15% nitrogen. The method for producing activated carbon with a high nitrogen content and high electrical conductivity is that a natural polymer with a high nitrogen content, preferably chitin and / or chitosan, is mixed with water and then with an aqueous strong acid solution, followed by an inorganic blowing agent in 10 to 50% by weight of the natural polymer and 0 to 20% of the electrically conductive organic additive, and optionally up to 50% by weight of the natural polymer used of the aqueous low molecular weight nitrogen-containing solution and carbonized under nitrogen.
