Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania bezdymnego paliwa z odzyskiem energii i układ do jego realizacji. Sposób polega na metodzie wytwarzania wysokotemperaturowej entalpii gazów odlotowych z materiałów organicznych w termo reaktorze P-1, które kanałem żaroodpornym wprowadzane są do termoreaktora/termoreaktorów P-2 X, Y, Z, gdzie przy braku tlenu następuje karbonizacja i gazyfikacja wyżarzanych materiałów, pochodzących z węgla kamiennego lub innych produktów organicznych z odpadów, biomasy. Wytwarzany tym sposobem karbonizat jest bezdymnym stałym paliwem handlowym, emitującym w czasie spalania w kotłach przemysłowych spaliny o niskich stężeniach pyłów, SO2, NOx i metali ciężkich. Układ kotłów i urządzeń odzysknicowych, przekształcający wysokotemperaturową entalpię gazów odlotowych z termoreaktorów na parę technologiczną dodatkowo zasilany jest spalaniem/dopalaniem uzyskanego gazu syntezowego. Energia pary po konwersji na energię mechaniczną wytwarza energię elektryczną. Układ redukcji szkodliwych emisji do atmosfery polega na metodzie wtórnej Przemysłowej Instalacji Oczyszczania Spalin - PIOS.The subject of the invention is a method for producing smokeless fuel with energy recovery and a system for its implementation. The method is based on the method of producing high-temperature enthalpy of waste gases from organic materials in the P-1 thermo reactor, which is fed through a heat-resistant channel into the P-2 X, Y, Z thermoreactor / thermoreactors, where in the absence of oxygen, carbonization and gasification of annealed materials from coal or other organic products from waste, biomass. The carbonizate produced in this way is a smokeless solid commercial fuel, emitting during the combustion in industrial boilers flue gas with low concentrations of dust, SO2, NOx and heavy metals. The system of boilers and waste heat devices, converting the high-temperature enthalpy of waste gases from thermoreactors to process steam, is additionally powered by combustion / afterburning of the synthesis gas obtained. Steam energy after conversion into mechanical energy produces electricity. The system for reducing harmful emissions to the atmosphere is based on the secondary method of the Industrial Flue Gas Purification Installation - PIOS.
