Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób odbarwiania odpadów politereftalanu etylenu PET. Wstępnie rozdrobnione kolorowe odpady PET poddaje się roztworzeniu w wysoko wrzącym alkoholu jednowodorotlenowym lub wielowodorotlenowym lub w ich mieszaninach z dodatkiem katalizatorów alkalicznych lub kwasowych, w podwyższonej temperaturze w zakresie od 150°C do 260°C. Po roztworzeniu otrzymaną masę poddaje się filtrowaniu i ochłodzeniu do temperatury powyżej 60°C. Następnie prowadzi się proces ekstrakcji pod ciśnieniem normalnym lub podwyższonym z zastosowaniem ekstrahentów w postaci rozpuszczalników organicznych o gęstości mniejszej lub większej, co najmniej o 100 kg/m3 od gęstości roztworu PET w mieszaninie roztwarzającej. Ekstrakcję prowadzi się w instalacjach jednostopniowych lub wielostopniowych w procesie okresowym lub korzystnie w procesie ciągłym. Otrzymany odbarwiony PET odprowadza się do zbiornika magazynowego (6). Zabarwione ekstrahenty poddaje się regeneracji, korzystnie przez destylację i zawraca się do kolejnego cyklu produkcyjnego.The subject of the application is a method for decolorizing polyethylene terephthalate PET waste. Pre-ground colored PET waste is dissolved in high boiling monohydric or polyhydric alcohol or in mixtures thereof with the addition of alkali or acid catalysts, at elevated temperatures ranging from 150 ° C to 260 ° C. After reconstitution, the obtained mass is subjected to filtration and cooling to a temperature above 60 ° C. The extraction process is then carried out at normal or elevated pressure with the use of extractants in the form of organic solvents with a density lower or higher, at least by 100 kg / m3 from the density of the PET solution in the pulping mixture. The extraction is carried out in single-stage or multi-stage installations in a batch process or preferably in a continuous process. The resulting deinked PET is discharged into a storage tank (6). The colored extractants are regenerated, preferably by distillation, and recycled to the next production cycle.
