Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy odbijaka pneumatycznego, zwłaszcza do czyszczenia ścian zbiorników materiałów sypkich, mającego w szczególności zastosowanie w elektrowniach i cementowniach, jak również w przemyśle spożywczym oraz farmaceutycznym. Odbijak pneumatyczny zawiera cylindryczny korpus zamknięty z jednej strony podstawą, a z drugiej pokrywą z osiowym doprowadzeniem powietrza zamykanym spustowym elementem, kanały doprowadzające i odprowadzające powietrze, oraz umieszczone osiowo w korpusie tłok, sprężynę i tłumiącą wkładkę. Odbijak charakteryzuje się tym, że ma pośrednią pokrywę z przelotowymi otworami (17) i osiowym otworem złożoną z ustalającego elementu (12A) i zespolonego z nim osiowo prowadzącego elementu (12B). Pośrednia pokrywa jest zamontowana rozłącznie pomiędzy pokrywą (5) a cylindrycznym korpusem (1). Głowica prowadzącego elementu (12B) ma promieniowe otwory (13) tworzące z osiowym otworem przepływowe kanały. Trzpień (15) prowadzącego elementu (12B) jest umieszczony w sprężynie (10), której drugi koniec jest usytuowany w gnieździe tłoka (9). Ponadto korpus (1) ma co najmniej jeden wzdłużny kanał (16) łączący poprzez przelotowe otwory (17) przestrzeń nad pośrednią pokrywą z przestrzenią pod tłokiem (9).The invention relates to a pneumatic bumper, especially for cleaning the walls of bulk materials tanks, which is used in particular in power plants and cement plants, as well as in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The pneumatic bumper includes a cylindrical body closed on one side with a base, and on the other with a lid with an axial air supply, a lockable drain element, air supply and exhaust ducts, and a piston, spring and damping insert placed axially in the body. The bumper is characterized by having an intermediate cover with through holes (17) and an axial hole consisting of a retaining element (12A) and an axially associated element (12B). The intermediate cover is detachably mounted between the cover (5) and the cylindrical body (1). The head of the guide element (12B) has radial holes (13) forming flow channels with the axial hole. The mandrel (15) of the guide element (12B) is located in the spring (10), the other end of which is located in the piston seat (9). In addition, the body (1) has at least one longitudinal channel (16) connecting through the through holes (17) the space above the intermediate cover with the space under the piston (9).
