Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób utylizacji odpadów organicznych rożnego pochodzenia. Sposób polega na tym, że do odpadów organicznych zawierających 10 - 50% wagowych suchej masy dodaje się tlenek magnezu w ilości 0,2 - 50 części wagowych suchej masy, po czym miesza się te składniki. Następnie dodaje się bezwtryskowo stężony kwas siarkowy w ilości bliskiej stechiometrycznej 2,45 - 2,55 części wagowej tlenku magnezu. Odpady organiczne miesza się z tlenkiem magnezu i kwasem siarkowym z prędkością 100 - 300 obr/min. Proces mieszania odpadów organicznych, tlenku magnezu i kwasu siarkowego przeprowadza się przy ciśnieniu 15 - 25 bar w zamkniętym reaktorze.The subject of the invention is a method of utilizing organic waste of various origin. The method consists in adding magnesium oxide in an amount of 0.2-50 parts by weight of dry matter to organic waste containing 10-50% by weight of dry matter, followed by mixing of these components. Next, injection-free concentrated sulfuric acid is added in an amount close to stoichiometric 2.45-2.55 parts by weight of magnesium oxide. Organic waste is mixed with magnesium oxide and sulfuric acid at a speed of 100 - 300 rpm. The process of mixing organic waste, magnesium oxide and sulfuric acid is carried out at a pressure of 15-25 bar in a closed reactor.
