Abstract
Głowica zawiera czujnik ciśnienia oraz pierwszą i drugą szczelną przestrzeń pomiarową wypełnioną cieczą manometryczną oddziałującą na elementy sensoryczne (10, 11) czujnika ciśnienia. Przestrzenie pomiarowe rozdzielone są membraną przeciążeniową i odseparowane od źródeł mierzonych ciśnień (P1, P2) odpowiednio pierwszą i drugą membraną pomiarową. Czujnik ciśnienia ma pierwszą (15) i drugą (16) komorę pomiarową. Każda z komór pomiarowych (15, 16) ma pierwsze (17, 18) i drugie (19, 20) wejście cieczy manometrycznej oddzielone od siebie elementem sensorycznym (10, 11). Pierwsza przestrzeń pomiarowa połączona jest z pierwszym wejściem (17) pierwszej komory pomiarowej (15) i z drugim wejściem (20) drugiej komory pomiarowej (16). Druga przestrzeń pomiarowa połączona jest z pierwszym wejściem (18) drugiej komory pomiarowej (16) i drugim wejściem (19) pierwszej komory pomiarowej (15).The head includes a pressure sensor and the first and second airtight measuring space filled with manometric liquid acting on the sensing elements (10, 11) of the pressure sensor. The measuring spaces are separated by an overload diaphragm and separated from the sources of the measured pressure (P1, P2) with the first and second measuring diaphragms, respectively. The pressure sensor has a first (15) and a second (16) measuring chamber. Each of the measuring chambers (15, 16) has a first (17, 18) and a second (19, 20) manometric fluid inlet separated by a sensory element (10, 11). The first measuring space is connected to the first input (17) of the first measuring chamber (15) and to the second input (20) of the second measuring chamber (16). The second measuring space is connected to the first inlet (18) of the second measuring chamber (16) and the second inlet (19) of the first measuring chamber (15).
