Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania nanocząstek bimetalicznych srebrowo - miedziowych modyfikowanych polifenolami i ich zastosowanie w terapii przeciwwirusowej. Sposób polega na tym, że do wodnego roztworu soli srebra i miedzi o sumarycznym stężeniu jonów metalu wynoszącym od 10 do 200 ppm o temperaturze 60 - 100°C dodaje się wodny roztwór mieszaniny polifenoli i cytrynianu sodu, które pełnią odpowiednio rolę reduktorów i stabilizatorów powstających nanocząstek. W mieszaninie reakcyjnej nadmiar molowy cytrynianu sodu wynosi od 0,5 do 11 w przeliczeniu na łączną liczbę jonów metali, a nadmiar molowy polifenoli wynosi od 2 do 7 w przeliczeniu na łączną liczbę jonów metali. Opis obejmuje syntezy, w których zawartość miedzi w stosunku do srebra wynosi od 5 do 50% masowych. Ujawniono także zastosowanie nanocząstek srebrowo - miedziowych jako preparatu przeciwwirusowego.The subject of the invention is a method of producing silver-copper bimetallic nanoparticles modified with polyphenols and their use in antiviral therapy. The method consists in adding to the aqueous solution of silver and copper salts with a total concentration of metal ions ranging from 10 to 200 ppm at a temperature of 60 - 100 ° C, an aqueous solution of a mixture of polyphenols and sodium citrate, which act as reducing agents and stabilizers of the formed nanoparticles, respectively, is added. . In the reaction mixture, the molar excess of sodium citrate is from 0.5 to 11 based on the total number of metal ions, and the molar excess of polyphenols is from 2 to 7 calculated on the total number of metal ions. The description includes syntheses in which the copper content with respect to silver is between 5 and 50% by mass. The use of silver-copper nanoparticles as an antiviral preparation has also been disclosed.
