Wynalazek ujawnia nowe pochodne o aktywności przeciwnowotworowej oparte na bazie 9,10-antrachinonu. Pochodna 1-(piperazyn-1-ylo)-9,10-antrachinonu funkcjonalizowana wybranymi aminokwasami charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi ją 1-(4-L-asparaginylopiperazyn-1 -ylo)-9,10-antrachinon o wzorze 1. Rozwiązanie dotyczy także sposobu otrzymywania 1-(4-L-asparaginylopiperazyn-1-ylo)-9,10-antrachinonu, który polega na tym, że przeprowadza się reakcję w dichlorometanie w czasie 24 godzin, w kilku kolejnych etapach.The invention discloses new derivatives with anti-tumor activity based on 9,10-anthraquinone. The 1- (piperazin-1-yl) -9,10-anthraquinone derivative functionalized with selected amino acids is characterized by the fact that it is 1- (4-L-aspartin-piperazin-1-yl) -9.10-anthraquinone of formula 1. Solution also relates to a method for the preparation of 1- (4-L-aspartin-piperazin-1-yl) -9.10-anthraquinone, which consists in carrying out the reaction in dichloromethane over 24 hours in several subsequent steps.
