Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wyszukiwania dopasowanych do siebie co najmniej dwóch ofert pochodzących od co najmniej dwóch osób, przy czym jedna osoba jest Oferującym a druga Poszukującym, z uwzględnieniem lokalizacji geograficznej osób przedstawiających swoje Oferty oraz stopnia zgodności przedmiotowej ofert charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: utworzenie oferty przez Oferującego, który jest użytkownikiem korzystającym z Aplikacji Mobilnej (AM), która lokalizuje jego pozycję i posiada aktualne współrzędne, przy czym następuje to przez wybranie przez Oferującego w Aplikacji Mobilnej opcji dodawania oferty, wstępne przetwarzanie Oferty do uporządkowanego zbioru danych przez Aplikację Mobilną lub na dalszym etapie przez Aplikację Internetową (AI), przekazywanie Oferty do Aplikacji Internetowej (AI) wraz z informacjami niezbędnymi do zidentyfikowania jej nadawcy oraz czasu i miejsca jej sformułowania, Poszukujący w sposób analogiczny jak w etapie a)-c) tworzy swoją Ofertę i wysyłają do Aplikacji Internetowej, kiedy w Bazie Danych znajduje się przynajmniej jedna aktywna Oferta Poszukującego, bez względu na fakt istnienia Ofert Oferujących, następuje proces poszukiwania i dopasowywania Ofert, ustalanie lokalizacji i wybór dopasowanej Oferty o najbliższej lokalizacji, przy czym poszukiwanie dopasowanych do siebie ofert polega na poszukiwaniu po słowach kluczowych lub porównywaniu uporządkowanych zbiorów danych skojarzonych z ofertami oraz określeniu stopnia dopasowania. Po odnalezieniu Ofert Oferujących, które spełniły kryteria lokalizacyjne i dopasowania ofert, Aplikacja Internetowa przekazuje do Aplikacji Mobilnej listę ofert, które mogą zainteresować Poszukującego. Oferty znalezione w ramach procesu dopasowywania są przekazywane do Aplikacji Mobilnej. Po uzyskaniu przez Aplikację Mobilną ofert, które mogą zainteresować Poszukującego są one prezentowane mu w wygodny sposób na ekranie Urządzenia Mobilnego, wybór interesującej Oferty przez Poszukującego, przy czym etapy e) i f) przebiegają w sposób dynamiczny, co oznacza, że lista ofert przedstawiana Użytkownikowi zmienia się wraz ze zmianą lokalizacji Użytkownika.
