Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób suszenia biomasy włóknistej uformowanej w baloty i urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu, przy czym baloty te są przeznaczone do spalania w kotle. Sposób suszenia biomasy włóknistej uformowanej w baloty, przez które przetłaczany jest czynnik suszący w postaci spalin, polega na tym, że przez balot przepuszcza się nieoczyszczone spaliny, przy czym spaliny podaje się w balot przez rurę o dużej średnicy przekraczającej 300 mm, zaś wysuszony balot podaje się bezpośrednio do komory spalania. Suszenie dokonuje się w zamkniętej komorze (3) usytuowanej przy kotle (16) do spalania słomy. Urządzenie do suszenia biomasy włóknistej uformowanej w baloty utworzone z komory zawierającej dolot spalin, charakteryzuje się tym, że dolot spalin jest zakończony rurą o dużej średnicy przekraczającej 300 mm wyposażoną w przemieszczalną końcówkę (14), zaś w komorze (3) umieszczony jest śrubowy podajnik (5) balotów wyposażony w popychającą ramkę (11) obejmującą końcówkę(14) rury podającej spaliny. Końcówka (14) rury podającej spaliny ma kołnierz usytuowany przy tylnym końcu i jest połączona z rurą podającą spaliny za pośrednictwem sprężyny.The subject of the invention is a method for drying fibrous biomass formed into bales and a device for carrying out this method, the bales being intended for combustion in a boiler. The method of drying fibrous biomass formed into bales, through which the drying agent in the form of exhaust gases is pumped, consists in the fact that raw bales are passed through the bales, the flue gases being fed into the bales through a pipe with a large diameter exceeding 300 mm, and the dried bales are fed directly into the combustion chamber. Drying takes place in a closed chamber (3) located at the boiler (16) for burning straw. The device for drying fibrous biomass formed in bales formed from a chamber containing exhaust gas intake is characterized by the fact that the exhaust gas intake is ended with a large diameter pipe exceeding 300 mm equipped with a movable tip (14), and a screw feeder is placed in the chamber (3) 5) bales equipped with a pushing frame (11) covering the end (14) of the exhaust gas feeding pipe. The end (14) of the exhaust gas supply pipe has a flange at the rear end and is connected to the exhaust gas pipe via a spring.
