Abstract

Sposób biofortyfikacji warzyw w jod polega na tym, że w uprawach hydroponicznych do fertygacji roślin stosuje się roztwór soli jodu takich jak KI, KIO3, kwasu salicylowego oraz pożywki zawierającej makroskładniki i mikroskładniki pokarmowe, przy czym stężenie jodu w użytym roztworze soli jodu mieści się w granicach od 0,0001 do 0,0004% (m/o), natomiast stężenie kwasu salicylowego wynosi od 0,01 do 10 mg na dm3.The method of biofortification of vegetables into iodine is based on the fact that in hydroponic crops, a fertility solution of iodine salts such as KI, KIO3, salicylic acid and a nutrient medium containing macronutrients and micronutrients is used for fertigation of plants, where the concentration of iodine in the iodine salt solution used is within from 0.0001 to 0.0004% (m / o), while the concentration of salicylic acid is from 0.01 to 10 mg per dm3.
