Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób do charakteryzacji i identyfikacji kolonii bakterii, który polega na tym, że wiązkę światła z koherentnego źródła światła (1) ogniskuje się za pomocą optycznych lub optoelektronicznych modulatorów fazowych (2) na przesłonie otworowej -pinholu (3), który generuje rozbieżną wiązkę świetlną, która oświetla kolonię bakterii (4) umieszczoną na transparentnym podłożu, umieszczonym na transparentnej płytce zamocowanej w statywie z możliwością przesuwu w kierunku XYZ, następnie na detektorze (5) podaje się detekcji wynik interferencji wiązki transmitowanej/nieugiętej/nierozproszonej i ugiętej/rozproszonej na kolonii bakterii w postaci hologramu osiowego, po czym rejestruje się i analizuje w komputerze (6) dwuwymiarowy osiowy hologram cyfrowy, charakterystyczny dla danego gatunku i/lub szczepu bakterii. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również dedykowany do tego celu osiowy układ holografii cyfrowej do charakteryzacji i identyfikacji kolonii bakterii.The subject of the invention is a method for the characterization and identification of bacterial colonies, which consists in the fact that a light beam from a coherent light source (1) is focused by means of optical or optoelectronic phase modulators (2) on the aperture - pinhole (3) that generates a divergent a light beam that illuminates the bacterial colony (4) placed on a transparent substrate, placed on a transparent plate mounted in a tripod with the possibility of sliding in the XYZ direction, then on the detector (5) detection of the result of the transmitted / unbent / diffused and bent / diffused beam interference is given on a bacterial colony in the form of an axial hologram, after which a two-dimensional axial digital hologram, characteristic of a given species and / or strain of bacteria, is recorded and analyzed on the computer (6). The invention also relates to an axial digital holography system dedicated to this purpose for characterizing and identifying bacterial colonies.
