Abstract
Sposób modyfikacji pyłku kwiatowego polegający na niszczeniu otoczek pyłku charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się wysokie ciśnienie 100 - 300 atm. i temperaturę 90 - 160°C w czasie 30 - 40 sekund w procesie udostępnienia związków bioaktywnych.
