Abstract
Wysokospecjalistyczny smar plastyczny zwłaszcza do maszyn i urządzeń przemysłu spożywczego zawiera co najmniej 2% wag. zagęszczacza nieorganicznego i co najwyżej 98% syntetycznego oleju silikonowego. Jako modyfikator właściwości smarnych zastosowano dodatek z grupy polimerów etylenowo-propylenowych w ilości do 15% wagowych, korzystnie PTFE o granulacji do 50 µm, a jako modyfikator właściwości przeciwkorozyjnych hydrofobową krzemionkę o powierzchni właściwej 110 [m2/g] w ilości do 10% wagowych.Highly specialized grease, especially for machines and devices of the food industry, contains at least 2 wt. inorganic thickener and at most 98% synthetic silicone oil. As a lubricant modifier, an additive from the group of ethylene-propylene polymers was used in an amount of up to 15% by weight, preferably PTFE with a granulation of up to 50 μm, and as an anticorrosion modifier, hydrophobic silica with a specific surface area of 110 [m2 / g] in an amount of up to 10% by weight.
