Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy kokryształu 4-amino-N-(1,3-tiazol-2-ylo)-benzenosulfonamid-2-aminopirydyna o wzorze 1, który znajduje zastosowanie w przemyśle farmaceutycznym. Ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania kokryształu 4-amino-N-(1,3-tiazol-2-ylo)-benzenosulfonamid-2-aminopirydyny o wzorze 1, charakteryzujący się tym, że 0,1 mmol 4-amino-N-(1,3-tiazol-2-ylo)-benzenosulfonamidu i 0,1 mmol 2-aminopirydyny uciera się z acetonem przez 10 do 20 minut. Następnie rozpuszcza się w 2 - 5 ml acetonu oraz 3 - 8 ml metanolu, całość miesza się z szybkością 100 -3 00 rpm przez 10 do 20 minut w temperaturze 40 - 60°C, po czym klarowny roztwór pozostawia się w celu powolnego odparowania rozpuszczalnika w warunkach temperatury pokojowej, w wyniku czego po 3 do 6 dniach uzyskuje się jasnobrązowe kryształy.The invention relates to a 4-amino-N- (1,3-thiazol-2-yl) -benzenesulfonamide-2-aminopyridine co-crystal of formula 1 which is used in the pharmaceutical industry. Also disclosed is a method for producing a 4-amino-N- (1,3-thiazol-2-yl) -benzenesulfonamide-2-aminopyridine co-crystal of formula 1, characterized in that 0.1 mmol of 4-amino-N- (1, 3-thiazol-2-yl) -benzenesulfonamide and 0.1 mmol of 2-aminopyridine are triturated with acetone for 10 to 20 minutes. Then it is dissolved in 2 - 5 ml of acetone and 3 - 8 ml of methanol, the whole is stirred at 100-300 rpm for 10 to 20 minutes at 40 - 60 ° C, after which the clear solution is allowed to slowly evaporate the solvent at room temperature, resulting in light brown crystals after 3 to 6 days.
