Abstract
Czujnik prądu zawiera zestaw cewek (6) wykonanych w postaci obwodu drukowanego składającego się z laminatu, na którego obu stronach znajdują się pola stykowe połączone z zewnętrznym końcem uzwojeń. Wewnętrzne końce uzwojeń połączone są ze sobą za pomocą przepustu przechodzącego przez laminat, przy czym kierunek zwojów uzwojeń jest jednakowy po obu stronach laminatu. Z jednej strony cewki (6) uzwojenie pokryte jest warstwą izolacyjną. Cewki (6) są ułożone równolegle do siebie i połączone szeregowo za pomocą cienkiej warstwy lutowia (10). Do skrajnych pól stykowych zestawu cewek (6) dołączone są za pomocą lutowia przewody wyprowadzeniowe (11), przy czym cały zestaw cewek (6) jest ułożony wzdłuż szyny prądowej (7), a stałą pozycję cewek względem szyny prądowej zapewnia obejma (9) z materiału nieferromagnetycznego.
